Refund Policy

Refunds may be available for services that were NOT rendered when the following conditions are met:

Cancellation of services occurs more than 30 days prior to project start date.

Costs associated with Equipment, Shipping, Lab, Lodging, Travel fees are subject to 3rd party cancellation policies and may not be partially or fully refundable.

A refund request must be sent directly to the business inbox.
